Hiring - Psychotherapist in Private Practice (LMSW / LCSW)

We are currently seeking 1-2 skilled clinicians to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality evidence-based practice with an affirmative stance, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
Licensure: LMSW or LCSW licensed in New York State.
Schedule: Part-time (8-20 client sessions weekly)
Clinical Experience: Experience working with adults in one or more behaviorally oriented modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT. Experience includes assessment, treatment planning, and intervention phases.
Ideal Qualifications
Experience and/or formal training in two or more: CBT, DBT, ACT, or other behaviorally based treatments.
Experience with children, teens or couples.
Willingness to commit to the practice for at least two years.
Location Options
Fully remote OR Hybrid (telehealth + in-person sessions).
Clinicians will have access to office space in the Upper East Side, Manhattan and/or office space in Stone Ridge, NY based on location.

Compensation and Incentives
Competitive Pay: $50-$75 per clinical hour, pay rate commensurate with license and experience
Bonuses & Incentives: Stipends: $250/year professional development stipend after (12) months. Performance-Based Increases & End of Year bonus.
Payment Schedule: Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
This is a 1099 contract.
Timeline
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the candidate(s) is found. Applications that pass the initial screening process will be contacted for an interview. There will be two interviews in total. The anticipated start date is March 1st, 2025, however the start date is flexible for the right candidate.
